New material for the Oathbreaker EP was recorded February-August 2010 at the Halls of Glory (Rockville, MD), except the drums for Oathbreaker, recorded in Sydney, Australia by Peter Hunt.

Tracks 2-5 originally recorded for Into the Primordial (2008).

New vocal arrangements by Tom Davy.

Mixed and mastered by Tim Regan.
